In this role you will work alongside dynamic individuals across the Totally Tourism group and the wider business.
The Accounts Administrator will be responsible for the processing of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and inputting data.
You will have a strong work ethic, have the ability to multi task and be hands on when necessary.
- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable
- Bank Reconciliations
- Ideally you will have experience working in administration, reception or accounts.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work to a deadline
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
- Strong and proven relationship management and communication skills with the ability to relate to a wide range of stakeholders
- Experience in report preparation and use of all Microsoft applications, especially Excel
This position is part time offering 24 hours a week. We are open to flexible work hours for the right candidate.
