Hilton Haulage is a well-established and recognisable brand throughout the South Island providing a range of transport and logistics services with a focus on service excellence.

We are now seeking a motivated individual with an eye for detail, to fill an administration/ customer service based role, within our container and freight station division in Hillsborough, Christchurch.

Working in an office environment where managing multiple tasks at once and working to a deadline are the top responsibilities, the position will suit applicants who:

You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, fast and accurate data entry skills, be IT savvy, able to work well as part of a small team and go the extra mile for the success of the division and company.

The successful applicant will enjoy the challenges associated with the fast moving transport industry. This position is not a typical office administration role, it requires a resilient person who is a strong listener that can manage time effectively. Previous experience within the releasing of freight or a dispatch environment would be an advantage, but not essential. Preferably you will have a minimum of one year’s experience within a similar administration role.
