Hamilton - Te Rapa

A great opportunity has opened to join our Administrative Team at Ingham Prestige. We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused person to join us as an Administrator/Receptionist.

We are looking for someone who has a can-do attitude, can think quickly on their feet and is confident to work independently.

The main tasks for this role includes:

  • Inputting invoices
  • Reconciling statements
  • Banking | Eftpos


Other essential Tasks include:

  • Assisting with general administration queries
  • Assisting the sales team
  • Reception duties including answering all general inbound calls
  • Customer Service


To be considered for the role it is essential that you have demonstrated experience in an administrative role within an office environment and a good understanding of the Microsoft Office Suite.
