Who are you?

We’re looking for a driven, self-starter to join our Hamilton team. Someone who demonstrates high attention to detail while delivering exceptional customer service and has a genuine desire to help customers and build lasting relationships.

This is a casual/on call role which supports our Hamilton team to deliver an outstanding customer experience throughout employee leave, sickness and busy periods.  Our Hamilton store is open on Saturdays, so must be available for Saturday work.

As the first point of call for our customers you’ll be confident, have a professional manner and a positive outlook.  You will be committed towards putting the needs of our customer first and have natural initiative and the ability to self-manage.

The role has lots of variety, between having conversations with our customers about their banking needs, to handling foreign exchange and helping our consultant team.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

  • A genuine desire to help customers
  • The ability to build lasting relationships with customers and your team members
  • A systematic, organised approach to work
  • Experience in a role that requires knowledge across a range of products
  • To be a change agent - someone who thrives in a fast-paced changing environment and actively accepts, embeds and reinforces continuous change
