We have an exciting opportunity for someone who has a passion for delivering excellent customer service, loves being on the road, engaging with new people and has a manner that radiates a friendly helpful attitude to join our team of professional customer support partners and librarians based in our township of Winton.  This opportunity also involves driving our mobile library and visiting many of our small communities as a representative of Council so experience driving heavy vehicles would be a plus.

Our Customer Support Partners and librarians aim to provide first point of call resolution for our organisation so that means they need to know our business inside and out.  Our ideal candidate will have experience in a customer service/front counter based role, be a quick learner, interested in library services, able to think on their feet, experienced in the management of money, system savvy with proven competency in the Microsoft Office suite of programmes and above all else be able to align themselves with our organisational values of Taking Ownership, Being Proud to Belong, Creating Opportunities and Working Together.
