This position has a huge customer focus. Providing exceptional customer service will always be your first priority. You will have the ability and experience to understand and determine customer’s needs, to make decisions and problem solve, multi task, work as part of a team, all the while keeping a smile on your face and remaining calm in pressure situations.
You will have a strong customer service background, probably in retail or hospitality, and will be confident with computer systems. You will be able to follow processes ensuring all the i’s are dotted and t’s are crossed and be a master at multi-tasking.
Don’t be mistaken, this is one of the busiest roles in the company so you need to be able to think on your feet, solve problems and show maturity in pressure situations.
This is a full time, permanent position. You don’t need to know a lot about cars as full training will be provided and you will be supported by a Service Manager and existing Service Department Team members.
