We have a great opportunity for a Client Services Administrator-Transfers to join our Client Services Administration team which is responsible for the day-to-day administration of CIP’s Superannuation, KiwiSaver and savings products.  This is a permanent, full time position suiting someone with excellent administrative experience and outstanding time-management skills. Starting as soon as possible, the hours of work for this role are 8.30am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday.

The key purpose of this role is to manage the transfer of funds between schemes, both internally and externally, in an accurate and compliant manner, within required timeframes.

This role requires an understanding of the KiwiSaver Act 2006, the Financial Markets Conduct Regulations 2014 and the Her Majesty’s Revenue & Customs (HMRC) QROPS rules, as they pertain to the transfer of funds between schemes.

Ideal candidates will have strong organisational and administrative skills, supported by excellent communication abilities both written and verbal. An eye for detail is essential as well as the ability to roll up your sleeves and get involved with the team where needed. Previous NZ superannuation or financial services experience would be an advantage.
