His name is synonymous with the best customer experience in the business, in-depth market knowledge and high quality marketing.  We now have a unique opportunity available for an Administrator to join Wei Sen’s highly focused sales team supporting the Campaign Manager.

In this role, on a day to day basis you will be: taking care of diary management; making payments and providing Administration support to the Campaign Manager to ensure the seamless running of each campaign. This role is part time 25-30 hours per week which can be flexible to fit with school hours and your lifestyle.

Success in this role will be driven by your organisational skills, initiative, ability to multi task and work at pace; high level of accuracy and a proactive attitude. You will be someone who prides themselves on working with integrity and respect for those you work with. Confidentiality and capability to think outside the box will stand you in high stead in this role.

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Excellent communication skills, providing exceptional service to clients and the team
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Proficient Microsoft office suite skills, including Excel
  • High attention to detail
