We have a challenging, exciting and very rare opportunity for an ambitious and driven individual to step into the Inbound Team Leader position in our National Service Centre to help continue to drive the success of the Centre.

Reporting to the Head of National Sales and Service Centre and a member of the Service Leadership team, you will be working with the team developing and coaching others to achieve targets, while maintaining our world class customer service standards. This role will provide you with a challenge while continuing to build on your existing skills and expertise.
To be successful in this role, you will have demonstrated experience or have the natural ability to lead a dynamic team. You will be responsible for monitoring performance and identifying process improvement opportunities. We are looking for a leader who can demonstrate a hands-on, ground level approach and someone with strong listening, verbal and written communication skills.
