Who are you?

We’re looking for two dynamic, ambitious, goal-oriented professionals with experience working in an IT environment to cover a  Permanent and a Fixed 12 month contract.

This role centres around the efficient operation of IT service delivery by providing support services to the internal business by effectively communicating and sharing knowledge across all levels of the organisation, including technical and non-technical capabilities.

A large part of this role is following through with the delivery of day to day business systems operational support, including escalation, incident resolution, desktop support, system administration to ensure service levels are met and standards are maintained.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience working in an IT environment within a business systems / technical support capacity.
  • Documentation skills and the ability to share knowledge within a team environment.
  • Proactive and passionate about up-skilling in relevant knowledge, process and policy, as well as your own professional development.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Windows Desktop Operating Systems.
  • Excellent time management, prioritising and multi-tasking skills.
  • Good knowledge of general IT hardware.
  • Good working knowledge of networking technologies.
  • Can effectively communicate across all levels of the organization including technical and non-technical people.
  • Experience working with Collaboration tools (mail, intranet, enterprise messaging systems)

Preferred experience:

  • Cisco CUCM and / or Other IP based phone Telephony Systems
  • Experience with networking technologies
  • Experience in trouble shooting in multi-site environments
  • Knowledge of cloud services ie Office 365
  • Experience working with MDM technologies
