Newline is a New Zealand owned and operated company with over 30 years’ experience in manufacturing and distributing showers.  Based in Greerton, Tauranga, Newline offer the widest and most comprehensive range of showers in the market and are sold exclusively through New Zealand’s premier bathroom retailers.   They are currently looking for a self-motivated and customer focused individual to join the Customer Services Team.

An awesome opportunity is now available for a Customer Service Representative to join our busy team at Newline. In this role you will provide exceptional customer service; be the first point of contact with customers responding to incoming calls and emails. You will process orders, quotes, respond to and provide solutions to customer queries or product enquiries and support the Sales team with booking appointments and travel, distribute parts, brochures and required sales collateral.  In all that you do, you will be solutions focused in order to meet and exceed our customer’s expectations.

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a passion for providing exceptional customer service
  • Experience in an inbound/out bound service role 
  • Advanced communication skills and professional telephone manner
  • High attention to detail
  • Data entry and keyboard skills with high speed and accuracy
  • Excellent team work and a passion for working collaboratively with others
  • Logical thinker with a “can do” attitude and composed disposition
