As a result of internal promotion, Blenheim Toyota is seeking a genuine, motivated and customer centric person to join our service team in frontline reception.
We’re looking for someone that is exceptional in hosting customers, loves being part of a team with high ambition and thrives in a busy workplace.
You will be responsible for:
- Meeting and greeting all customers
- Administering phone, online and in-person customer enquiries for retail, trade and internal customers
- Ensuring we meet customer expectations
- Administering the daily bookings and managing future workflow
- Managing daily service and repair jobs and meeting customer deadlines
