We have five main campuses in Rotorua, Tauranga, Taupo, Tokoroa and Whakatane and 68 delivery sites across the Bay of Plenty and South Waikato. Toi Ohomai combines the best of our heritage and the vision of an institution that is well-connected to its stakeholders and partners in maximising access to education for all learners.
Our rohe’s economy has an extremely diverse and attractive international foundation with strengths in freight and logistics, health and wellness, forestry and tourism to name but a few. In order to assist in capitalising on these assets, Toi Ohomai is seeking a dynamic and progressive professional to coordinate our global initiatives and grow our international profile and reputation.
The International Marketing Coordinator role will be based at Mokoia (Rotorua) and Windermere (Tauranga) campuses in the Bay of Plenty. The role is both stimulating and multi-dimensional and the successful applicant will have the relevant industry experience, be a team player and an innovator. Experience in the Education sector would be beneficial but not essential. We encourage you to apply for this position if you believe you have the skills and experience to be part of a dynamic and exciting team that puts our students first.
Reporting to the International Business Development Manager, this role will contribute significantly to the International Team by:
- Coordinating and delivering international marketing activities.
- Building and maintaining effective internal and external partnerships.
- Providing relevant and timely reporting that contributes to decision making.
- Identifying opportunities for increased enrolments.
- Actively supporting and positively contributing to the whole International Education Department.
Key to your success in this role will be your ability to demonstrate an excellent customer centred approach, organisational skills, and the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision in a busy atmosphere with multiple projects, shifting priorities, and deadline pressures.
You will have the willingness to work collaboratively with all team members to deliver a consistent, effective one-team approach to marketing for Toi Ohomai.
Importantly you will be able to demonstrate strong alignment and commitment to our Toi Ohomai Values.
As a responsible employer and education provider, Toi Ohomai Institute of Technology is committed to the protection of children and vulnerable persons and applies relevant policy and practice to meet this commitment. Successful candidates will be required to undergo relevant vetting and employment checks.
