An excellent opportunity has arisen for the right candidate as Branch Manager at our East Tamaki branch. We are looking for an exceptional communicator with great leadership abilities and organisational acumen. Problem solving and adapting to change will be a daily exercise in this role. Role will be focused around front end operations of the branch, including but not limited to sales team supervision, operations coordination, compliance and doing your part in ensuring the overall success of our great business.
This is a varied and busy role within the construction sector, serving home builders, construction companies and home owners to complete their projects with the right solutions and time frames. This role will be based at our modern East Tamaki showroom supervising and coordinating the front office operations.
A practical understanding of building and renovating is a requirement for this role. Previous experience in the construction sector, branch management, trade sales,or project management is preferred.
Our ideal applicant would be a practical thinker, highly organised, detail focused with strong communication and leadership skills.
Showerwell Home Products is a successful, well established business which has been operating for over 30 years. We have two manufacturing facilities in Auckland with seven branches around NZ. Our product range is very diverse, including showers, baths, vanities, tap ware, custom made showers, wardrobe doors and shelving plus tiles and tiling products. We manufacture product and offer onsite installation services for most of our products.
A competitive salary will be offered to the right candidate including a suitable commercial work vehicle. Saturday morning work on a rostered basis forms part of this role (not every weekend).
