Superbly located within expansive landscaped grounds, adjacent to Dunedin’s Botanic Gardens, Heritage Dunedin Leisure Lodge is renowned as “Dunedin’s Garden Hotel”. Comprising 76 well-appointed rooms, restaurant, bar and function facilities, this Qualmark four star property is seeking applicants for this senior management role.

This full time position requires a motivated and experienced hospitality professional for our busy hotel operation. For this role we are looking for someone with strong communication skills, sound knowledge of front office systems, proven hospitality industry experience and the ability to build and mentor a small team. This role will require the successful applicant to work evenings Tuesday – Saturday each week and hold the responsibility of Manager on duty for the property during their shift, so a sound knowledge of all operational areas of a hotel operation will be highly desired.

To succeed in this role you will need superb customer service skills and attention to detail, as you will be responsible for the effective and profitable management of all Front Office, Reservations and associated functions.

Previous hotel experience in this role is essential, as is a competent level of computer knowledge.
