Joining our team of multi-disciplined Maintenance Technicians, you will utilise your maintenance and diagnostics experience to maintain and improve the reliability and effectiveness of plants at our manufacturing and distribution operations in sunny Mount Maunganui. You will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with a diverse range of internal and external customers to meet their expectations.

Safety is a significant feature of the role, as is leading and maintaining a culture of quality and continuous improvement, therefore your experience and passion for these areas will set you well above the rest.

To ensure your success, you must:
- Have strong commitment to the health and safety of yourself, your team and the environment
- Have a Mechanical Trade Certificate or Level 4 Maintenance and Diagnostics qualification as a minimum
- Have experience in maintaining equipment in a similar role within a heavy industrial or chemical environment where you have used expertise and technology to improve reliability or performance
- Display proven ability in the analysis and diagnosis of process faults, and the creation of appropriate innovative solutions to remedy such issues.
- Be available to staff the after hours callout system when needed.
- Have a practical understanding of RCA principles.
- Have a practical knowledge and understanding in the use of a CMMS with SAP experience an advantage
