Skyline Rotorua is recognised internationally as a quality hospitality and tourism complex.  It operates the hugely successful “luge” ride and is situated in one of New Zealand’s premier tourism destinations, Rotorua.

An exciting opportunity to join our Human Resources team has just opened up!

This role is responsible for coordinating recruitment and on-boarding processes as well as assisting the rest of the HR Team with a wide range of tasks, from general administration and training coordination to uniform orders and issue.

This role is the “engine room” of our small HR team, therefore we need someone who is naturally system and process oriented, able to prioritise tasks and who likes getting the job done to a high standard.  Our ideal candidate will be friendly, flexible and have an open nature to build rapport and interact easily with all our employees. 

This role can be quite demanding at busy times, so someone who thrives working at a fast pace and enjoys ticking off the to-do list will do well.  

This is an excellent opportunity to start a career in HR, so an HR qualification or similar experience would be an advantage.
