Two exciting opportunities have arisen to play an integral part in creating the new possible. As a pivotal player in our customers' decision making, you’ll challenge their thinking and shape their future for the better. This role is a full time permanent position based North of the Rakaia river up to Nelson and the West Coast region. The second role is a 12 month fixed term position based out of Ashburton from the Rakaia river to the Waitaki river (see separate listing).
As a Regional Sales Manager you will:
• develop, implement and drive sales strategies, initiatives and services;
• be accountable for profitable sales across your region;
• build and encourage a culture of high performance and innovation within your team; and
• provide positive and professional team leadership.
Your strengths will lie in sales leadership and coaching and you’ll understand a good relationship is built on trust and respect. You will have an analytical mind paired with exceptional commercial acumen and your influencing skills will be second to none.
