You will become an integral part of the wider Distribution team in Ballance as you manage this busy store in Hastings.  You will thrive in an environment where you have the autonomy to manage your own operation including everything from blending bulk fertiliser to operating heavy machinery, processing orders, managing staff, inventory and servicing customers.

To ensure your success in this role, you will be a self-starter with management experience in the distribution, transport and/or agricultural environments. You will have sound computer operating skills, basic mechanical aptitude and a pro-active mind-set to environment, health & safety management.  Most importantly, you will have a proven “can-do attitude”.  Current forklift and loader licenses are preferable, however assistance toward these licenses may be provided for the right candidate.
