You’re a potent blend of strategist and pragmatic leader with strong commercial experience. You’re ruthless at driving service standards and the consistent delivery of these.
You also have the people skills to unite internal resources to build and deliver these service standards. Ideally your experience will include solid exposure to a franchise style model.
You will also have proven strengths in strategy development and market research.
When you join us we’ll throw you the keys to our mobile contractor/owner-operator strategy. Payback for Hydraulink will be you developing and delivering world-class mobile service initiatives.
Reporting directly to the National Sales & Service Manager, you’ll have considerable autonomy and the mandate to make key decisions.
You’ll quickly show us why you’re a leader in your space, as you drive everything from:
- implementing national mobile breakdown service standards,
- improving existing service processes, procedures and delivery mechanisms, and
- polishing our mobile service product to actively support sales growth and enhance the customer experience.
You will also help us expand our existing mobile service coverage by recruiting and developing new contractor/owner-operator sales & service technicians (HSSTs) across the country; for ourselves, for our franchisees, and for our distributors.
