Coming into high season and the movement of staff, our Ashburton operation is experiencing continued growing demand and so has several opportunities available.  Whether you are wanting permanent, fixed term or casual work, be a part of this dynamic site!  We are looking for experienced and/or trainee stockfeed mill operators and mill hands.  If you are a team player, have a passion for excellence and strong belief in the health and safety of yourself, your team and the environment, this may be the career path for you.
As Mill Hand you will be responsible for:
• Being part of the team on the mill floor, assisting in manufacturing requirements
• Ensuring accuracy of raw ingredient additives into the manufacturing process
• Loading and unloading trucks

A current Forklift and Loader operating certificate/licence is advantageous in these roles, but not essential to start.

You will be the hands and heart of the day-to-day operation of this site and active in solving issues and continuous improvement of the site and manufacturing operations.  In return for your passion and commitment, you will take part in our team development programme to ensure you are fully equipped for success in your new role.

Seasonal shift work will be required in these roles therefore your flexibility is essential.
