Sous Chef

Aston Norwood - Upper Hutt City - Wellington

Aston Norwood is a destination function centre 10 minutes north of Upper Hutt, set on 14 acres of beautifully sculpted gardens. We have a 7 day a week, busy kitchen which services our cafe as well as regular year round weddings, corporate functions and special occasion events.

We are looking for a strong CDP or junior Sous Chef who wants to take the next step and build on their leadership skills and support our Head Chef. You should be creative and put forward ideas for various dishes and focus on the details.

You will need to be clean and well presented to be successful in this role with good organisation skills. We don't want any big egos either, we want someone with a down to earth attitude and a sense of humour.
