Queenstown Local Sights - Customer Service Manager

We have a fantastic opportunity for a driven and focused individual to join our team in a Customer Service Manager position. Are you looking for a new role in Queenstown? Do you have experience leading a team? Have you got experience in the NZ Tourism Industry? If so, we want to hear from you!

Experience required:

  • Sales and customer Service experience.
  • Knowledge of the tourism industry ideally within Queenstown.
  • Previous experience leading a team is essential.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Experience with reservation software such as IBIS.
  • Strong administration skills and experience in accounts payable is extremely advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring the effective and quality operations of the business.
  • Leading the team to provide outstanding customer service and reach sales targets.
  • Managing, coaching and training staff.
  • Completing performance appraisals and recruiting.
  • Developing and driving the business and building lasting business relationships.

The successful applicant must be able to work public holidays, weekends and evenings.

All candidates must be eligible to work in New Zealand.
