Newline is a New Zealand owned and operated company with over 30 years’ experience in manufacturing and distributing showers.  Based in Greerton, Tauranga, Newline offer the widest and most comprehensive range of showers in the market and are sold exclusively through New Zealand’s premier bathroom retailers.   They are currently looking for a self-motivated and customer focused individual to join the Customer Services Team.

On a day to day basis, you will be the first point of contact with customers responding to incoming telephone calls and emails.  This will include processing orders and quotes and responding to and providing solutions to customer queries or product enquiries.  You will also be responsible for supporting the Sales team with booking appointments, travel, distributing parts, brochures and other required sales documentation.  In all that you do, you will be solutions focused in order to meet and exceed customer expectations.

 To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a passion for providing exceptional customer service
  • Have solid call centre or customer service experience
  • Strong communication skills and professional telephone manner
  • Data entry and keyboard skills speed and accuracy
  • Enjoy working and communicating with people
  • Technical aptitude, problem solving skills and the ability to think laterally.
