I like the shortlist service for its convenience factor – it is good to have someone give a shortlist and take care of the Dear John letters, and yet we still can access those that were interested if we need to tap them on the shoulder further down the track.  

All I need is a job description, and idea of what we need to pay and I can get it all up and running in no time
