With the starter package, you get one user per account. The Standard and Premium packages allows for unlimited users.
Yes, there are email templates setup within the system that you can use or alternatively write your own. You can email one applicant or use the bulk functionality to email many applicants in one go
Yes, you can arrange interviews and invite your interview panel to the interview. This integrates with your calendar.
System Setup
There are no setup costs for the starter unless you want a customised careers site built. Standard and Premium packages include most modules but there are costs for the Job requisition and employment agreement modules. The Onboarding module and careers site are extra for the standard pack. Extra integrations depend on the integration. Please contact us for pricing.
No, QJumpers is cloud based and there is no need for you to install anything.
QJumpers allows for different approval functionality and workflows within the system. You can use these or else choose to include the Job Requisition module for a more comprehensive process.
QJumpers can link to your current job packs, purchase packs on your behalf or you can choose to pay a casual rate for job board advertising.
QJumpers are already integrated with Trademejobs, Seek, Indeed and Adzuna (in Australia). Your jobs also go onto the QJumpers website and your own if you select that option. You can also post your jobs on to your own social media channels.
Yes, from your own jobs site or from the QJumpers website, you can share your jobs on to the common social media platforms.
Advertising
Yes. Video is enabled for Seek and Trademejobs.
Yes – we can set up brands in your system and also link to your branded templates on Seek and Trademejobs. We can also brand your own jobs differently on your own jobs website.

Yes we can. We also have HR consultants who can filter, shortlist, screen, do assessments and background check on your behalf. Take a look at our ‘Recruitment Services’ page for more information.
Online application forms are available as part of the package for Standard and Premium clients. Start clients can upload an application form to be included in the application process.
If you select to have your own careers page or a feed from the QJumpers system, your jobs will automatically be advertised on your own website. Or you can select to advertise the role internally only.
Yes, there is a very comprehensive employment agreements module that can be added onto the core system.
A reporting module is included free with every Standard and Premium package. This includes reports on things such as source of applicant, source of hire, time to hire, number of roles advertised by date/department/ hiring manger, current status of roles etc… If you need a custom report made, please ask.
Yes, all packages can create their own screening questionnaires and add them to any vacancy. All applicants will then need to complete this questionnaire no matter where they apply from. You choose if you want to automatically decline an applicant based on their answer to your questions.
No – your applicants are only for you. We do not promote or sell them to other employers.
Yes, QJumpers was the first online talent pool system in New Zealand and we have been refining this process ever since. We can build a talent pool exclusively for your business. This is included in the Standard and Premium packages.
Yes, please ask if you would like to have QJumpers integrated into your payroll system (or any other HR system). We have an API you can use or alternatively work with your payroll provider to make it happen.
All users can add their own notes about applicants in the system for their own use or for others to see. They can also flag candidates that they like or ones that they don’t.
QJumpers is cloud based. As long as you have an internet connection, you can access QJumpers. This can be from a mobile device or computer. The best performing browsers however are the latest versions.

No, all upgrades are done for free. We do regular updates to ensure that you always have the latest technology.
