Technology has taken our intellect to the next level of the digital revolution game - we are constantly scanning and processing information in seconds, scrolling on mobile devices and consuming large amounts of data at rapid speed.
The status column in the vacancy field now allows you to see at a glance what stage each candidate is at; whether they have been shortlisted, interviewed, and essentially any action that has taken place for every single applicant.
QueManager has been updated for greater transparency for the end user, now you can search your candidates’ information to see what other roles they have applied for. This tool has had huge benefits around immediate access for people with the right credentials. Having access to a growing database where you can obtain key information has a massive advantage for ‘just in time recruiting’. Being able to draw down on a growing list of repeat candidates saves time and hassle, because the manual labor of searching for it is has been eliminated.
For future recruitment requirements it’s a holding pool of highly skilled talent for when the time is right.
