Are you responding to those wants and needs? Are you thanking them for their likes, shares and comments effectively?
It’s a two-way street and when you want social media to help you out at recruitment time these are some of the tools you need to use consistently. If you’re already engaged with them via social media, they will trust you to engage with them face-to-face at work.
How well you hold their attention in social media tells your potentials a lot about you. These new employees want to be part of decision making and help solve problems, it’s just the norm on social media. Someone stumps up a question to be solved and everyone jumps in to help with a solution.
