Differences Explained:

1. Basic Information with CV Attached

  • This is the minimum you need to provide to employers.

Filling in the following sections provides more information about you that employers can consider (if there is more to read about you, they will spend more time considering you!).

For each additional section you fill in employers will see a tick beside your name, otherwise it's a cross.

2. Values and Behaviour Profilers

  • Two profiling tools that measure how you "see, hear and feel". Helps to match them with roles and companies that fit the way they work and operate. Ensures that they are happy in your new job.
  • Employers will see a tick beside your name if you fill this section in.

3. EQ Attributes Profiler

  • A profiling tool that determines how you rank for the top ten factors that employers value most. Eg "team player", "can do attitude".
  • Also, when employers perform advanced searches, you are more likely to feature in the list of results if you have filled in this section.

4. Skill and Reference Check

  • One of our Assessors contacts your previous employers and referees.
  • Employers will see a tick beside your name which indicates this check has been done. Then they can be assured of the accuracy of your CV.

5. Qualifications Check

  • One of our Assessors checks your qualifications.
  • Employers will see a tick beside your name which indicates this check has been done. Then they can be assured of the accuracy of your CV.

6. One-on-One Interview With an Assessor

  • One of our Assessors will meet with you in person and help to ensure you are presenting yourself to employers in the best possible way. Includes help with your CV.
