QCV Terms and Conditions

Please read this agreement carefully before accessing or using the information and services available through the QJumpers and Qualmaster websites ("Site").  By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.  QJumpers may modify this agreement at any time without prior notice, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting on the Site.

Material from this site may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, published, uploaded, posted, or transmitted in any way, in whole or in part, without prior written consent from QJumpers Limited.  Permission is granted to electronically copy and to print hard copy portions of this site for the sole purpose of recording your relationship with us.

Copyright in all material and trademarks on this Site are owned by QJumpers unless otherwise indicated and you agree not to infringe any intellectual property rights owned by QJumpers in any material or trade mark or other intellectual property nor assert any claim or interest to the same.

You agree that information contained on this Site is for personal use only and may not be copied, sold, redistributed or used for any commercial purpose (this includes, but is not limited to, the use of Employer contact details for unsolicited commercial correspondence).

You agree that it is a condition on your use of the QJumpers CV Database (QCV, QCV Plus, QCV Platinum) and of any other services provided by QJumpers or through the Site that you will not either through any act (including but not limited to posting a CV on the QJumpers Site) or omission mislead or deceive any potential Employers or other third parties.

QJumpers does not guarantee the availability of any particular job advertised on the Site and will not be liable to you should an advertiser have filled the vacancy at any time prior to removal of the advertisement from the Site.

QJumpers takes efforts to ensure that jobs advertised are for actual job vacancies; however it gives no guarantee that every job advertisement represents an actual job vacancy.

To become a registered user, you must provide a login name and password.  You must take reasonable care in protecting against unauthorised use of log-in details and not disclose this information to others.  QJumpers is not responsible for any unauthorised access to a member's stored information.  You agree that you are solely responsible for any person using your user name and password.  You agree to indemnify QJumpers and any member of its corporate group against any and all claims arising out of your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your user name and password.

QJumpers reserves the right in its sole discretion to prohibit or restrict your access to the Site for any technical or security reason without prior notice to you.  QJumpers will notify you as soon as practicable of any restriction to your access rights.

You agree that if your QCV is in an "Active" state that your information may be made available to Employers who have a vacancy that matches your skills and experience.  You also agree to ensure all information contained in your QCV is up to date and correct, and shall notify QJumpers of any amendments necessary.

You agree that any information you provide may be verified and you give your authority for the release to a relevant third party of any information that relates to the gaining of a certification, qualification or reference for verification purposes.

The material and information provided in this Site is supplied upon the condition that you will make your own determination as to its suitability to your purposes prior to your use of it.  QualMaster (New Zealand)  Limited and any member of its corporate group disclaims, to the extent permitted by law, any liability for any direct or indirect loss, costs, damages,  or liabilities, including but not limited to, any act, failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, defect, delay in operation of transmission, computer virus or line failure howsoever caused (including negligence) as a result of the use of or the inability to use the Site or the information and tools  on it.

Your Privacy: QJumpers will comply with the PRIVACY POLICY and you accept this policy as governing QJumpers' use of personal information we receive about you as an individual.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with New Zealand law and you accept the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.

This website and the services providing connection with QJumpers are administered by QualMaster (New Zealand) Limited.
