We'll do all the hard work including sourcing candidates, pre-screening, and whittling candidates to a shortlist of five. All you have to do is interview, background check, and make your decision.

What does our Shortlist recruitment service include?

  • Advertising for 30 days on SEEK, Trademejobs, Heraldjobs, Twitter and QJumpers
  • Your QJumpers Account Manager will review the applicants, telephone screen, shortlist, and present you with up to five of the most suitable candidates.  Shortlisted applicants will also complete Values and Behaviour Profilers to give you a more complete profile.
  • Unsuccessful applicants will be notified on your behalf by your Account Manager
  • All you need to do is interview and select. Easy.

To save you more time, we can take care of background and reference checks for you with our "QualCheck" service.

If the role is difficult to fill (e.g. Chef), alternative advertising channels may be considered. Your Account Manager will consult with you and advise you of any extra costs before proceeding.
