What does our Full Suite recruitment service include?
- We will manage your recruitment process for you including
advertising, communicating with all applicants, filtering
and presenting you with a maximum short list of 5
candidates.
- With the help of our tools, you select your top three
candidates and we will carry out our QualCheck service for each of these.
This includes background and reference checks, confirming skills
and qualifications and providing you with a profile for each
candidate (does not include Medical or Police background
checks).
- We also provide you with reports on your top 3 candidates using
our psychometric profilers: "Values & Behavior
Profilers" and "EQ Profilers"
- You can then interview and select with confidence
QJumpers aims to present a minimum of three and a maximum of
five short listed candidates. We will advertise for a maximum of
three months. If we do not find a minimum of three candidates that
match your requirements within three months, you will only be
charged the advertising costs.
If the role is a skill shortage role, alternative advertising
channels may be considered. Your Account Manager will consult with
you and advise you of any extra costs before proceeding.
