Team Coordinator Markets Auckland
NZX is looking for a person with strong PA & sound organisation skills with a proven ability to co-ordinate a range of activities and manage relationships to join their Markets Team in our Auckland Office. The Team Co-ordinator, Markets is responsible for providing administration and organisational support to our Head of Markets and other Auckland based staff. Our NZX Auckland office is small but interacts with a broad array of internal and external stakeholders, and has a profile beyond its size in the Auckland market.
Ideally we are looking for someone with strong administration and organisational skills to assist with managing this small team. The successful applicant must have experience in providing support to senior managers, providing diary management, and working as part of a broader Admin Team across a range of locations. A proven ability to work autonomously, and to take initiative, is therefore essential.
