Pivot’s brand has been built on delivering an outstanding support experience for our customers. Help us maintain this as we grow, providing first line support to customers and technical support to our implementation team.
You will have experience in an HR environment, good analytical skills and familiarity with databases and reporting tools. Experience in the area of software testing would also be welcome.
