Kerikeri Sales and Merchandising Representative

National Foods NZ sells a range of chilled products to supermarkets under the brand names Yoplait, YoGo, Fruche and Big M.
Based in the Kerikeri area and reporting to the Territory Sales Manager in Auckland, the Sales and Merchandising Representatives responsibilities will include:-
- Working up to 6 hours per week
- Calling on stores in Kerikeri, Kaikohe, and Paihia
- Presenting new products to the supermarket buyers
- Managing the areas promotional plan
- Achieving the sales target
- Stock counts and ordering
- Merchandising and restocking supermarket shelves
- Building positive relationships with our customers
The candidates interested in applying should have:-
- An understanding of the supermarket environment
- The ability to work without supervision
- A reasonable level of physical fitness and a reliable vehicle
The position offers a competitive hourly rate and previous FMCG experience would be a definite advantage.
