Home Energy Assessor/Auditor
EnergySmart is an established leader in residential energy efficiency solutions and an EECA approved service provider for home insulation and heating. We are seeking a Home Energy Assessor/Auditor for our operations in the Wellington region. You will be providing advice, as well as detailing recommendations for insulation and other energy efficiency measures for domestic homes, then preparing quotations based on the homeowners preferred options. This is a fulltime position requiring a high level of maturity, initiative and tidy personal presentation.
To be considered you will need to have:
- Proven sales experience within a related area, for example building insulation.
- A passion or interest to learn about energy efficiency related matters.
- Good numerical ability and be someone who can maintain good records.
- Strong organisational skills together with the ability to work independently to meet targets and achieve results.
- Well developed communication skills enabling you to positively engage and pass on information to a wide range of people in a professional manner.
- Computer literacy in MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
- A current clean New Zealand Driver Licence and a reliable vehicle.
