Course Administrator
Our client is a nationally recognised tertiary educational provider with branches in 4 locations around the country. Their Vision is to inspire their students to reach their potential in their chosen career.
We are looking for a motivated, competent and friendly person to join their team as a Course Administrator.
This role is all about variety and includes:
- Customer Service
- Course enquiries and follow up
- Data collection
- Maintenance of course records
- Student applications and enrolments
- Student services
- Data entry and reporting
- General administration duties
- Ministry of Education requirements
- NZQA requirements
To be successful in this position you will need a warm, friendly personality. You will have the ability to work well under pressure and deal with a number of tasks….all with a smile on your face and a ready sense of humour! Previous course management experience is essential.
If you have:
- Experience in student course management
- The ability to learn new concepts quickly
- An EXCELLENT telephone manner
- EXCEPTIONAL customer service skills
- Sound (Intermediate or above) computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite)
- Typing, data entry and database skills
- The ability to work within a team
