<p>These exciting opportunities are based at Baywave TECT Aquatic &amp; Leisure Centre in Mount Maunganuiand Greerton Aquatic Leisure Centre which are two of the five aquatic and leisure facilities owned operated by Tauranga City Aquatics Limited.</p>
<p>Reporting to the Senior Exercise Specialist, you will ensure that our CLUBfit members have a great experience every time they work-out. Your excellent knowledge of the health and fitness industry will enable you to provide top quality advice and develop
 personalised exercise programmes.</p>
<p>You will be responsible for ensuring all our members feel supported, encouraged and motivated to achieve their own personal health and fitness goals.</p>
<p><strong>Position 1= Part Time Permanent Greerton (27&#43; hours)</strong></p>
<p>This position offers three weekday shifts (Mon-Wed) from 1pm-8pm and one weekend shift (Sun) from 8:45am-2:15pm and is primarily based at the Greerton Aquatic &amp; Leisure Centre.</p>
<p><strong>Position 2= Part Time Permanent Baywave (31&#43; hours)</strong></p>
<p>This position offers five weekday shifts (Mon-Fri) from 5pm-9:15pm and one weekend shift (Sun) from 6:45am-5:15pm and is primarily based at Baywave TECT Aquatic &amp; Leisure Centre.</p>
<p>Outside of rostered shifts, all Exercise Specialists have the ability to work as personal trainers if they wish to increase hours. However these positions will require the ability to work flexible hours on any of the seven days of the week to ensure business
 needs are met.</p>

<p><strong>The Opportunity</strong></p>
<p>We require a Senior Planner who must have solid P6 experience to join our planning team. You will be involved in complex Critical Path Method (CPM) projects both within New Zealand and internationally. This work will require some travelling on site to review
 the projects.</p>
<p><strong>Essentials for this role</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>A minimum of 5 years planning experience </li><li>Advanced Primavera P6 experience </li><li>Advanced MS Project (2003 or later) experience </li><li>CPM knowledge </li><li>Preparing resource histograms </li><li>Analysing ‘Critical Path’ activities </li><li>Resource estimating </li><li>Preparing ‘S’ curves </li><li>Progress updates and reporting </li></ul>
<p>Ideally you will have a sound&nbsp;understanding of maintenance strategies and you have demonstrated successes in project management.&nbsp; Experience in Cost Engineering would be desirable.</p>

<p>To succeed in this role you will have either a heavy industrial or energy industry experience with a mechanical or electrical bias and a strong ability to analyse data. A good communicator, you will have the ability to work effectively with a broad cross
