Responsibilities of this frontline role are around satisfying customer enquiries and identifying customer needs. This will include opening new accounts, setting up automatic payments, setting up direct debits and bill payments and working closely with our Lending Consultants to support the lending process.

Demonstrated customer service experience is absolutely vital for this role. You must also be a team player and have outstanding communication skills.  A natural affinity with numbers is important. We like to have a laugh while we work, so a good sense of humor and a strong sense of fun is a must!  Previous experience in the financial or insurances sector would be a bonus, but isn’t a showstopper.  Lastly, flexibility is a must, as this role may work full-time on occasion.

Position 1= Part Time Permanent Greerton (27+ hours)

This position offers three weekday shifts (Mon-Wed) from 1pm-8pm and one weekend shift (Sun) from 8:45am-2:15pm and is primarily based at the Greerton Aquatic & Leisure Centre.

Position 2= Part Time Permanent Baywave (31+ hours)

This position offers five weekday shifts (Mon-Fri) from 5pm-9:15pm and one weekend shift (Sun) from 6:45am-5:15pm and is primarily based at Baywave TECT Aquatic & Leisure Centre.

Outside of rostered shifts, all Exercise Specialists have the ability to work as personal trainers if they wish to increase hours. However these positions will require the ability to work flexible hours on any of the seven days of the week to ensure business needs are met.

As an Account Manager you will be responsible for an Account Portfolio, and identifying and maximising new and existing business opportunities within the New Zealand market including growth and development of both existing and new customers and branches. You will need good business judgment to maintain and develop relationships with a wide range of customers and other stakeholders and be able to continually create value for them.
