Laboratory Technician

We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated person to fill our Lab Technician role, on a 8-month fixed term contract.
As a key member of the winemaking team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the lab, which during Vintage is a full time role. Outside of Vintage, the role will include bottling duties, administration, and cellar hand tasks as required.

This is a 8 month fixed-term position. During Vintage (March – May), you will be expected to work as required, up to 6 days per week.
During quieter times, you will have the opportunity to become involved with other tasks within the Villa Maria winemaking team.
