As our customer service and communications guru you will be responsible for being first point of call for all our customers, both individuals and retailers.
You will do this through several different channels – we use phone, email, our website and social media to talk and listen to our customers. You will need to be at home and happy to learn new computer systems as well as knowing your way around Facebook.
It is very important we provide this service in a timely manner and in ways that suit our customer needs who may be a mum, a senior or a retailer.
